SBC Dually Honored in Prestigious RAC Competition

Columbus, OH (February 2002) – The 2002 Retail Advertising Conference awards competition honored SBC Advertising for two of its mass merchandising advertising campaigns.

SBC was recognized as a Finalist and with an honorable mention for its Big Lots "Closeout Envy" and "The Converts" TV spots, respectively. These commercials placed highly among their competitive set, consisting significantly of ads for such prominent retailers as Target and Wal-Mart.
